Remember drawing challenges? I tried last year. Here’s where I ended up.

Things change. People change. We can’t stay stagnant and let this current form of capitalism ruin lives. People created the system, and we can change/tweak/improve the system as well. There’s no rule saying we can’t design a new/better system.

Right. Yes. Pencils, inks, colors, marketing, etc. my perspective is skewed from doing self publishing. Totally different.

That’s interesting, but it makes sense. The medium of comics seems to be a very solitary profession. Whereas, game dev is usually team based.

That’s exactly why I’m interested in this specific bit of Star Trek lore. I feel we need less dystopian sci fi stories out there, as it seems things or situations we write about have a nasty tendency to manifest themselves into existence.

It’s definitely part of the Star Trek universe that hasn’t been explored yet. It would probably be controversial nowadays to write stories about a society where capitalism isn’t necessary anymore, and how that society dealt with it and moved forward.
