Going to try growing some coffee plants which take a long time to get to maturity. Soaking them for easier germination leeches out a blue-green color. It’s the beginning of germination with oxidative state changes as I understand. #growfood #permaculture #foodforests #coffeeplants #botany

Took a trip from Florida to Colorado and saw lots of great things. Saw a lone oil pump jack surrounded by acres and acres of wind farm in the Texas Panhandle.
