The President of the United States has issued a declaration of War against Chicago, and by extension anyone who has not declared secession from the US (the only valid instance to declare war against some part of the US)

Doesn't that imply the Feds have declared secession from the United States?

There's not enough money to be made in using tech for the things for which they are most suited and efficient, and there are both too many people hoping to be billionaires, and too many people not smart enough to know when they're being sold hype.

Makes me wonder if the "financial decision" was based on the amount of under the table payments CBS has been making...
