I miss horses and I miss riding. But I am trusting the feeling in my gut that says “it’s ok to step away from horses right now.”

And I trust I’ll know when I’m ready to come back, whenever that may be.

Getting my endoscopy today. First time ever having one so I hope it goes ok. Slightly nervous.
