2025 Detroit Lions Opponents The 2025 schedule will begin to be released next week, and I wanted to provide my thoughts on the opponents as well as what I will be looking out for our Detroit Lions this season.

Today, March 8, will now officially be known as "Faturday" in the state of Michigan.

Brian Branch squatted 565 pounds, power cleaned 335 pounds, and clocked 22.3 mph on the GPS system while at Alabama. He also had 23 pass deflections and 20 tackles for loss in three years while playing their Star position.

44 players and six DBs were still drafted ahead of him.

This could have far reaching effects beyond just the NFL. Exciting!

This is a very fun fact. Penei has a long career ahead of him.

Overall I liked it, and probably would go back, but Cosm has some wrinkles to work out with the challenges of broadcasting a NASCAR race.

Like why would you have a camera angle of the flag stand where 99% of the view is the infield and you don’t even see the cars pass beneath the flag stand. This view should be from the infield looking at the grandstand.

I would probably go back for a short track, but the camera angles were rough unless you were sitting in the exact middle.

Just got home from Cosm Dallas for the Daytona 500. Rain delay made that a tough experience. If the race starts back up today it sounds like we won’t get refunded, even though it will be turned off for the NBA ASG.

I told everyone that would listen during the season, everyones record is inflated by facing the AFC South. We all went 4-0 against them except the Bears.

It’s why I think the Lions need one more difference maker on the DL to get pressure with 4. We have a lot of similar pieces to the Eagles.

Don’t disagree there, could have had more without the turnovers, and we spotted them points with the pick 6.

And we needed more to win the game with the health of our defense, so 31 was unfortunately not good enough.

It was a head-scratcher of a game plan, that’s for sure. Really frustrating.

I really think we reduce the turnovers if we lean harder on Gibbs, who only got 14 carries the whole game.

Also rush/pass being 22/41 not ideal either against the 30th ranked rush D

Watching this game is making me more frustrated. That Gibbs only got 14 rushing attempts in the game is criminal.
