Protest as public inquiry into Tyrone mine plan begins Protesters have staged a demonstration ahead of the first sitting of a public inquiry into an application for a gold mine in a protected area of Co Tyrone.

Recently I met Trócaire partners whose communities and land have been damaged and marginalised by mining and heard them talk with Save our Sperrins.
