Take-Minakata in the Ankoku Shinwa manga

Also just how some of the Shinto kami look like almost Lovecraftian monsters but are indeed gods, manifestations of the mysterious power and presence of the divine (linked to Brahman) and operating along the lines of some incomprehensible will or destiny. See Onamuchi above but also Take-Minakata.

This essay was originally written in 2011 for the wiki section of my blog. Unfortunately, that's gone now when I accidentally nuked the site trying to update the PHP version. I'll be restoring bits of the wiki as blog posts over the next few months.

My second Hillage gig was at the Blackpool Winter Gardens - possibly '76 or '77. At the end of the gig a bunch of the audience rushed to the stage, forgetting about the orchestra pit in front of it. Don't recall anyone being seriously hurt.

England is a small country. Among its defining characteristics are the density of and proximity to ghosts. City streets or rural lanes, one does not have to walk far to encounter a temporal shade. No wonder the English have measurements such a phantoms per acre. – #CJosiffe #Ghosts
