Yes this is awful but please stop blaming colleges worried about becoming targets. They have a lot of title IV aid kids who can't go to college without those funds. Those kids want to graduate too.

They do a multitude of things ranging from making good deliveries to the elderly to helping people get to Dr appointments to working at the local warming shelter. Started out with $$ from VDH thru CDC covid funds. 1
