Investigation underway into illegal shooting of Gray Wolf in Colorado The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is offering a reward for information on the fatal shooting of a Gray Wolf in Grand County, Colo.

🚨The USFWS needs your help! 🚨When the father of the Copper Creek wolf pack was captured in Colorado in August, officials noticed he had a gunshot wound.

The gunshot wound and his resulting poor condition are what led to his death in early September while in captivity, according to USFWS.
