If I was a West Indian cricket fan I'd 100% be posting about how sad it is to see the decline of English cricket and how the world needs a strong England.

Updated Test Rankings.
South Africa surging after the big wins in India.
Australia was expected to beat England by 132 runs and did slightly better. Noting injuries England are still closer than the ratings would indicate.
What a way to win the tournament.
Onnicha Kamchomphu hits her first ball for six, and hosts Thailand 65.7 (11,4) beat Scotland 63 (15.1) by 3 wickets to win the inaugural ICC Women's Emerging Nations Trophy on net run-rate.

Looks like a win of approximately 10 runs* will be enough for Thailand to win the Emerging Nations Trophy, this is a genuinely exciting final day!

28.11.2025 15:45 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Literally every English fan has asked that since 2022 and the team has never given a satisfactory answer. The theory is that he is well-suited to the faster pitches in Australia, for which he's needed to play every Test for the past 3 years to prepare.

Scotland wins the trophy with a win vs Thailand, while a Thailand win can open it up for them, UAE, or the Netherlands to take first place depending on NRR. It's like the final day of a football league!

(Thanks again Ajit for having me on, it was really fun ranting with you about all the cricket!)
On one hand, I would've liked to see the tournament go to the last day with Thailand and Scotland vying for the title. On the other, a Thailand team that's lost to UAE and PNG leaves some hope for me, an Indonesian supporter, that they'll be beatable in the Southeast Asian Games in December!

And they did it again! Absolutely walloped India in the second test to sweep the series! What an amazing performance from this South Africa team, and what fun it was to watch their offspinner in full flow. Test cricket remains glorious. #INDvSA π

I haven't seen this comparison made since the Perth Test yet, but since it's not every day I can make a cricketing Kendrick Lamar reference, the match was pretty much Mitchell Starc going "fuck the big 3, it's just big me"
