President Donald Trump on Saturday slapped a 25% tariff on goods from Mexico and Canada. He also placed a 10% levy on imports from China.
What's becoming clear is that this is Trump's negotiating tactic to get Mexico to build the wall that he promised Mexico would pay for in his first term.
