My mental stamina and social battery are quite low and I've had to say no a lot more, and unfortunately that's gonna need to continue until I can get to a better baseline

It's hard when you are single and live alone so you only have yourself to rely on, and it's so easy to slip into unhealthy quick-fix habits/addictions to distract yourself from the pain

I've recently realized I'm waist-deep in probably the worst functional depression I've ever experienced with a splash of work burnout and some potential health/aging issues, and I need to make some major changes going forward if I want the latter half of my 30s to be better.
