i’m legitimately so glad that Apple Journal finally has handwriting support. i’ve wanted this from my ipad for so long. Journal is missing some key features i’d like, but handwriting is enough to get me to move over from Day One entirely.

yup. we were taught to ignore what our bodies/the world around us told us and instead always had to refocus on "the word" or prayer. like, when dealing with dysphoria, the only help I'd get is "read/pray more." I was literally like "okay I've done that. what now?" "you're not praying the right way"
