I owe you a longer explanation & know you meant well. We're divided by our sex, not by 'gender'. 'Gender' is regressive - it refers to stereotypes which society has determined belongs to a woman or a man. Feminists have been fighting against this for decades. I'm not 'cis.' Nor do I have a gender.

Are you seriously suggesting that the judgment (& by definition judges) was/were transphobic? They were clarifying the law. It took a while to read, but I found it both reasonable & empathetic, stressing that trans people are protected under law & the protected characteristic of gender reassignment
