Had a New Year’s Eve 2025 walk down at Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve and the dunes have eroded further back to start exposing a pill box which looks like it has been covered up for decades.

Delighted to say my ghost story Past Performance is being read at this event in Liverpool.

There's a new play about women's football in the WW1 era being produced next year. Intriguingly it was written in Italian originally and produced in Milan although it is about a Sheffield team. Great to know that the subject is still retaining interest.

After the recent film about the Shakers leader Ann Lee here’s another one about an isolated religious community with unorthodox beliefs. Maybe there is scope for theatre works exploring similar ground such as my play Children of God.

The Voices of GAIA is on tonight at The Core at Corby Cube and it includes my piece Magic Carpets which can also be heard on the website. In it a young girl recounts a perilous sea voyage to what she hopes is a safer place to live.

Excited to be part of this again and my monologue goes out on September 22 and Talking Horse Productions is a theatre company based in Missouri.

After checking if I met the submission criteria I have now submitted to this opportunity.

I have Jeff Wayne’s non musical version for Audible but haven’t got round to listening to it yet. It seems a bit overlong though at five hours.
