第二种套现方式就是我上面提到的期权购买再卖出兑现。有人可能会问你之前不是说卖股票兑现就要交税吗？是的理论上是这样，不过美国联邦税法有很多漏洞也可以让这些有期权的巨富可以即便兑现后也不交税，比如联邦税务局对股票交易只关心买卖时候市场价而不是实际购入价。举个列子, 当年马斯克在买推特的时候特斯拉股票差不多1000美金一股，但是他可以使用期权以很低的价格买入(随便说个数字，比如500美金的折扣价），当他卖出的时候特斯拉美股跌回833美金一股，在账面是他可以申报给国税局是买入市场价1000美金一股，卖出市场价833美金一股，即合理和法每股亏损167美金没有利润也就不会产生什么税。

第一种就是用手上的股票向银行抵押贷款，只要利息低于税率，那么他们就可以不用兑现而得到现金流。不卖股票兑现就不会产生所得税！马斯克就使用了这种方式得到一部分现金流用于买推特。
