As a Dem, I was very happy for a cease fire. I was so happy to see people returned alive. I was hopeful the return of the dead would bring closure for families. I was distrusting of the lasting nature of the peace, and Trump’s true role in it. I’m sad that my distrust wasn’t misplaced.

NYC is so "out of control and crime ridden" that NYPD had to arrest (checks note) exactly zero people today.
