Not only is the American ”Arc” bigger but it also looks like The Americans who will visit it will be significantly taller than the average Frenchman and slimmer than the average American!

Any estimate of the amount of student loan debt held by the bottom 50%.

Why that matters is because we never show the β€œasset” side; improved human capital and earning power developed by most who have student debt.

It is reasonable for a new graduates to have a negative financial worth.

The downward revision for earlier months was the really big news.

Combination of the revision to early growth gives July a loss of about 180,000 jobs

Win for Vietnam- loss for USA

Vietnam cares about relative tariffs- lower than that China.

US tariffs on autos and inputs raises the COP in the US and reduces the international competitiveness (grows over time)

Who is going to buy the uncompetitive and higher cost vehicles from the US?

Curious on you thoughts of how the administration can make it a strategic orderly retreat on tariffs and not a rout. Especially in the case where China does want to help the Trump administration save face on their retreat?
Thank you

Don’t forget that tariffs also allow domestic producers to charge higher prices thereby extracting extra money from consumers and earn excess profits.

Taxed once in the tariffs paid and taxed again via higher prices for domestic products!

Doubly unfair to consumers

Out with fresh fruit and vegetables and in with grits (aka polenta). The foods of the poor (18/19th century poor northern Italians and Southerners in the USA).

Thank GOD we know how to avoid goiters! We certainly are working to make America healthy again !

I value your insight and have a question:

Why haven’t we heard more about how the downsizing of the federal government will have a disproportionate impact on veterans (I recently read they much bigger share of the federal government workforce than the workforce overall)?

Make sure I am reading it correctly.

Fighting only ends when all inhabitants of Gaza have been β€œrelocated” to newly built nice homes somewhere else?
Is that what he is saying?

If yes, how long would that take?? With uncooperative inhabitants time= forever!
