Named in honor of longtime Pi Sigma Alpha administrator, Nancy McManus, the McManus Grant provides an additional $1,000 (on top of the maximum Chapter Activity Grant amount of $2,000) to one chapter per year to support the honorarium and/or travel fees for a notable guest speaker.

Last year (2024-25) was the inaugural year for the Nancy McManus Speaker Grant. The grant was awarded to the Alpha Delta Phi chapter at Brigham Young University, Idaho, who hosted Judge Thomas B. Griffith (retired, U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit) as a distinguished guest speaker.
