This is GOP magic math. Cuts to Medicaid doesn’t make these costs go away. People still sick and end up as uninsured patients. Hospitals are not able to eat these costs and either fail eventually, or pass the costs on to us in some fashion. Think of it as one more hidden tax increase for everyone.

Just like every other member of Trump team 2.0, she is that much worse than 1.0
