Every day we discover that hell has another circle.

I will neither financially nor with my vote support anyone for office in the future who is not TODAY out fighting for democracy against this rogue regime and its attempt to actualize exactly what they were all warning us about in November. And I mean more than sending out fundraising texts.

I am no legal scholar so simply asking a question. Though Trump may have criminal immunity, is there anything that prevents him from being civilly liable for negligence in caring for the security of our personally identifiable information? Class action? @democracydocket.com

I absolutely agree. The J6 Committee members, Jack Smith, Vindmans, Harris, Walz, pelosi, Schumer, journalists and on and on. Protect as many vulnerable citizens as he can with whatever strategies are available to him.

Is there a reason Biden should not grant blanket pardons for all those on Trump’s retribution list? It would certainly contribute to “government efficiency” if the new administration didn’t need to expend resources to chase baseless prosecutions.

I’d like to see him blanket pardon everyone on Trump’s retribution list just to cutoff his baseless prosecutions at the knees. You know Trump will be pardoning all his sycophants in spite of their treasonous activities.
