Luxemburg hat einen neuen Großherzog Erbgroßherzog Guillaume hat seinen Eid in der Chamber abgelegt und tritt damit offiziell die Nachfolge von Großherzog Henri an.

Heute findet in Luxemburg etwas statt, was nicht in allen westlichen Ländern mehr selbstverständlich erscheint: ein freiwilliger, friedlicher und geordneter Übergang von einem Staatsoberhaupt zum nächsten.

Da der Historikertag nächsten Monat ansteht und von 76 Sektionen gerade einmal 3 althistorisch sind... mich würde interessieren: Empfinden Althistorikerinnen und Althistoriker den VHD und HT tatsächlich auch als "für sie"? Fühlt man sich zugehörig? Sehen das die anderen Epochen auch so?
