Education isn’t a product to be manufactured in a factory and sold for profit. Education, when treated as capital (the lowest quality goods sold for the most profit possible), necessarily devolves into a tool for the rich to propagandize the children of the poor.

The problem with private education is that it’s marketed to parents and their preferences, like teaching Creationism, white exceptionalism, and capitalist propaganda. Introducing a for-profit motive to education overrides the objectivity necessary to maintain academic integrity.
