Let’s talk about “Move fast and break things.” First of all, Facebook itself changed its motto to “Move fast with stable infrastructure” in 2014. So much for breaking things, at least if you’re a soulless corporate behemoth.

COP30 overpromised, underdelivered, empowered distractions, backtracked on issues and once again gave big oil and big ag a free pass.
Unfortunately, the suspicions of climate scientists (here in Brazil and abroad) were confirmed again.
This is my kind of good trouble.

If I’m understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?

Grateful for the opportunity to reflect on the national security challenges facing our country, the war in Ukraine, and the threat to our democracy.
It’s crazy to think about the crimes we’re going to learn about after this regime ends.
We’re already hearing about Watergate level crimes every week. Imagine what will come out after it’s over.
We’re going to need a full accounting of all that’s been done in violation of the constitution.

Same playbook we’ve been seeing in LA, DC, Chicago & Charlotte. They aren’t hunting criminals, they’re targeting workers and people who are part of the community. Families. Neighbors. The people who keep the city running.

Nachmanoff, suggesting an issue with the grand jury voting process on the indictment returned in Case No. 1:25-CR-272-MSN. The official transcript of the September 25, 2025, proceedings before Magistrate Judge Vaala conclusively refutes that claim and establishes that the grand jury voted on - and true-billed - the two-count indictment. See Transcript, Dkt No, 10, attached as Exhibit "A" at 4. This sworn testimony alone establishes that the grand jury voted on the two-count
This is nuts.
Yesterday in the Comey hearing, prosecutors *repeatedly* confirmed that the full grand jury never saw or voted on the two-count indictment.
Now they’re claiming the grand jury *did* vote on it.
