Last Time How do we take collective action in 2025?

Thinking today about how much protest has changed since the pandemic, how last time Trump got in, me and my old boss got straight out on the streets protesting. This time, social action seems to take place online. How can we change this?

I remember when I told my bestie I was bisexual at uni her response was to take it to see the muppets movie so now my sexuality is inherently wrapped up in muppet shenanigans

I'd describe as 'be near me but do not talk to me'

Full of a cold and my gf has just pointed out I'm in the mood where 'you don't like me right now but do you really really love me' and that is correct

Meanwhile one downside is that I now get slight derealisation on any trip that's at night or longer than 5 hours

One upside of travelling for 6 months straight a few years ago is my usual terrible adaption to new spaces has improved slightly and I can settle into a new space pretty instantly, which is nice

I love having them (soz) and honestly find they usually forge my best friendships and the most peace in life I can possibly find.

Something I'm realising more as I get older is that people hate having those hard and healing conversations that help everyone to move on and build anew. It's a lot easier, I guess, just to shy away from responsibility?

Recently I told a client I love fantasy books and she pulled a battered series off her shelves and my GOODNESS they are the most exceptional books I've read in a good while. I've been completely absorbed since.

Something nice is that the road I live on is the road where my mum bought her first home is the road where my partner's dad was born. All these lovely lives on one long road.

Today is the first time with a client that we've discussed integrity and guidelines for AI use in marketing and it was very refreshing to get it out on the table instead of pretending it's not being used all the time

This year I get to do Christmas with my partner and best friend and have a proper whole week of family festivities and I feel exceptionally lucky and held

I think I forget how much of my time is spent adapting because I've been doing it for so many years now

A fun long Covid fact is that sometimes I have to get up at midnight and shower my legs because the joint pain is so crazy and it's one of the only things that chills my body out enough to sleep 👍

That's tragic, there's nothing as precious as finding perfect shoes

My current life issue is that my fave most bouncy best shoes have worn out after four years and I don't know if I replace with the exact same or find some new guys.
