Cheers Ben- Glad you liked it. We’re currently working on a couple of guides outlining the details. These take a little while to produce but should be out in a couple of months. In the meantime some more gratuitous slime mould time lapse!

Quite a few suppliers stock slime moulds- shop around the usual suspects and you’ll probably find a good price.

Not quite yet- we know it is increasingly popular in schools so we will get one put together as quickly as we can 🙂
It’s pretty simple so if you send a query through to the helpline we can give you some pointers re: sourcing and culturing

TLC plates on the cheap- mk 1. Not a bad outcome from fountain pen inks, but even thinner definitely needed, me hearties (meant for pirate day enthusiasts only!) #cleapss

Sugar crystals between crossed polarizing filters.

Benzoic acid between crossed polarizing filters.

Magnesium sulfate crystals between crossed polarizing filters.
