I’m at a meeting of Indivisible in my community. D1 here in Portland. Good to be in organizing spaces. All of us can do something. Do it.

Love it! We have a farm and I’m going to find more ways to distribute our free produce.

What are you prepared to do to make America the place it should be?

My number one question to you all is: what do you/we want from our local and federal governments?
I’ll go first. Locally, I want strong infrastructure, schools, utilities that are affordable, streets in good shape, responsive electeds, great parks and social services.

Hello to you all! I see some people here I’ve known a long time and some not at all. I’m Malcolm, and have spent most of my life in service to the people in one way or another. I’ll mostly be sharing things I’ve learned or would like to learn from you.

It’s mostly white people who talk about echo chambers. Maybe you need the internet to meet people with different ideas but the rest of us do not. We know what the “other side” thinks because we deal with it every day! Everywhere! We’re fine. Carry on. Happy Saturday!

The agenda of the anti American forces is to exploit our division. The counter to that is to organize. I don’t have to agree with all of your beliefs. Our challenge is to find the things that we agree on work on those. Organize, organize, organize.

It is what it is, and we live to vote another day. But there is a lot of weirdness around the results.

Yeah it’s suspect. I feel absolutely gutted. My family has been fighting for “The American Dream” since 1683. As a family, we’re still poor. Some of us made it, but it just got 1000x harder. Not like slavery hard but maybe 1930s hard.

Me too, I just don’t know why we accept this. So many people are saying there were irregularities. It just seems like unlikely results. The polling said different, every single poll said it would at least be close.

Me too, but today is not that day!

I’ve been there and seen the racist Apartheid for myself. I was subjected to it myself (called the Nword, spat on, etc) and this was in the 80’s. No one can tell me it’s not racist and wrong.

Vivek is a beautiful lesson that no matter where you come from, or what you look like, you can come to America and one day grow up to become a white supremacist.
