I used to think it would be, until I realized the main reason to “dislike downtown Toronto” is actually entering and exiting Toronto from elsewhere…. Once you’re in downtown it is lovely!
Once we started taking the Go train from Guelph instead of driving, we love downtown!

Possibly silly question - Is an air cleaner just another term for an air purifier? We have multiple HEPA air purifiers around the house, I assume they will help with the smoke too…or is there something else we should be doing?

Giving two talks, at two different conferences today - one right before lunch at CSSHE, and one right after lunch (at a different campus) right after lunch at CNIE!

Feeling fine about the talks themselves, but wish me luck with technology and travel lol! 😂

Gotta be - the walls are green!

*Finally* realized that trying to “remember” to move the keyboard back to the front of my desk was just NEVER going to work well; so I got myself a clamp-on keyboard tray, and I’m so pleased!

Space to write, keyboard always in the right spot, and less chance of cat-stepping-on-keyboard! Perfect!

An apple keyboard is pushed far back (several inches) from the edge on a light wood desk, so a notebook can be closer to the edge. General desk clutter is at the edges of the photo, along with the edge of a blue fluffy cat bed that lives on the right hand corner of the desk (of course).

Have been getting back pain for months, realized it was partly because I shove my keyboard back to write something, and then just keep leaning forward to type on the top-far-away keyboard for hours, or the rest of the day.
