« Real world impact » man. Those 3 words are thrown around like it doesn’t mean anything anymore. Having AI doing stuff for you on your computer (book stuff, reminders, etc) ain’t much a real world impact. It’s just an assistant for more and more lazy people (not talking about privacy nightmare).

Happy to read that you have someone else working with you now and not alone. Keep grinding.

A few years ago I wrote to Libby asking them to add an opt-in feature: take my CC# and every time I borrow a book, auto-donate whatever Amazon charges for it to my local library. They replied quickly but declined. Wish they would reconsider.

One of the best book I’ve ever read. I actually read the book 3 times, and the audiobook (narrated by yourself @neildegrassetyson.com ) 2 times.

What about Elon buying him the seat he is currently sitting in? Isn’t that illegal as well? That should be investigated, impeached, removed, and jailed for everyone that took part in that greatest scam.

Yeah, that’s what happen when people in charge doesn’t understand technology..lol it doesn’t matter which email client you’re using, you can always receive crazy stuff regardless the client you’re using. The difference with proton is that you can actually filter, but I guess they don’t know that lol

The problem is per country laws. Any apps, decentralized or not, that are available in a country has to follow this country rules. The good think with decentralized apps is that it affect only the client (the one that the country requires to follow their rules) but not the network.

Sure, but whatever they provide isn’t as good as the other option. To this day, GPT, Gemini or even Mistral Le Chat is still better than Grok.

It’s not really revolutionary as all the other AI already does that (Gemini, GPT, etc). Grok is late in the game. Every new feature that grok get, everyone else already has them for a long time.

That’s funny. Washington post content generated by chatGPT, and chatGPT will link the Washington post article that it create itself lol.

Unnecessary steps, but I guess that’s the agreement they had to avoid lawsuits because gpt was scrapping the Washington garbage for free before that.
