For some reason Twilio really wants me to link my customers' SendGrid accounts to my Twilio user account, but doesn't provide a way to link _multiple_ SendGrid accounts. I have access to the customer's Twilio account, but I can't get to their SendGrid account now.

The company I worked for got bought out last year. Once the transition was over (July-ish?), I had to move the domain off the Google Workspace we had been using to hand over to the old owners. I transitioned the old Workspace to the new domain in this fashion. Worked like a champ.

Remove the aliased email from your account and then remove the domain from the workspace.

I've done this a handful of times. If you need something more descriptive, I can try to find a link.

Add and verify the new domain to your workspace. Change the email address of your account to the new domain, which will add your old domain/email address as an alias to that account. Set the new domain as primary in the account. 1/2
