I've mentioned this to others, but when I emailed CSP's support a polite request for a Linux port, they relayed my message to the development team.

If more people let CELSYS know we want the program on Linux (in a way that isn't annoying), then they may consider the consumer demand.

I personally emailed CELSYS expressing my love for Clip Studio Paint, and politely requesting a port to Linux.

Their support have passed on my message to the development team.

I suggest other artists also email them our interest in a Linux port. If enough people do so, CELSYS might consider it.

When I first began the Magical Girl RPG, the project originated from 3d modelling a region heavily inspired by Maori influences, especially woodcraft.

Finally I can write the story arc taking place in that region.

As part of this, I'm also doing a lot of research on Maori cuisine at the moment.

Found out I could be gluten intolerant. Not 100% sure yet.
Will try going gluten-free for a while to see if I feel better.
I'm swapping to a Japanese-style breakfast until I could get some nice gluten-free bagels.

Feels amazing to be a Linux user right now. 🐧

The intro to Mullet Mad Jack is genuinely one of the greatest video game intros I have ever seen.

Puzzle potential?

Now that Popeye is public domain, I think it would be really cool if indie devs made a game out of it.

Without Popeye, we wouldn't have Mario, or even video games today as we know it. The character deserves to be honored.

I genuinely look forward someday to pass on my Pokemon games to my future children or nephew.

I hope it will teach them valuable lessons in life as it did for me, and encourage them to love reading and numbers.

I cannot understate how good an educational tool Pokemon Gen1 was for us as children.
When you think about it, the game taught very important skills and life lessons necessary to survive in our modern world.
Reading, math, puzzles, problem solving, even the concept of navigating a digital interface.

The first game I'm playing through on my Switch 2 is... Bug Fables! 🐝🪲🦋

It dawned on me Pokemon Red/Blue was actually a really educational tool for children. It taught extremely valuable skills for the information age we live in.
- Taught concept of navigating a digital interface with buttons
- Encouraged us to read
- Taught problem-solving skills with HMs & Types.

This... is a place of refuge!

Using Linux Mint again has rekindled my love for Linux.
I think Tux is cute, and I want to draw fanart of them when I have the time.

Literally the ONLY reason I need Windows for anything at the moment, is Clip Studio Paint, or Laptop BIOS+hardware updates.

I pray CELSYS creates a native Linux port someday, since I use Clip Studio Paint so much for game dev reasons. 🙏

PCs have become commodity devices controlled by someone else. Microsoft generously allows people to use the PCs we buy, but retains ultimate control over what features get installed or removed.

It doesn't have to be this way. Computers used to be fun. Linux takes me back to simpler times. #Linux
