Got a question, how common or exceptional is it for someone like Landon Marleau or a Junior Shark to be invited to development camp? Does this speak well of hockey development in the Bay Area in general?

All I could think of was my favorite podcast of @2-much-man.bsky.social and their favorite game. Sorry for getting political ladies but it did make me laugh.

I had to switch my doctors several times until I found one that would talk to me like an adult person and who would spend the time it took. My vets have always taken the time to actually pay attention to what my dogs were telling them and listen to me about what life was like at home.

Quick summary of a wonderful afternoon in the backyard. A Boston Terrier who will mlem for the camera and the Aussie who looks away just in case the camera might steal his soul.

Too bad, so sad but do your research. I could have told them that the muskrat had no regard for people before the election. So I deplore the actions they are taking and the fact that folks are getting fired. But I reserve my real sympathies for those who actually tried to do something about it.

Enjoying some afternoon sunshine. Kai is growing up, this lasted a few moments until she got hot. Then she moved to the shade. Got bored. Found a toy. Found a stick. Untied my shoe. Had some more sun, more shade, another stick, untied the other shoe, another toy. Just 5 min out back. She is a joy.

Awww. Baby girl growing up. Big day today for Kai and first evening she was able to settle in the living room like a big dog while we caught up with some tv.

I love "Don't Shoot the Dog" because with a title like that it really gets the attention. I think she was a great communicator and a writer. The whole story of not shooting the dog is a great way to introduce positive training (and compassion) to the folks that might be skeptical.
