Playtesting: how establishing a peer feedback session changed the game β LTSU Blog
Hello all, it's been a while!
We've been integrating into a new school, meeting loads of new people, getting excited about new projects, and reinventing the team (but not the wheel). Expect more changes to come, but for now we have an exciting new blog post about the value of peer review:

Accessibility and AI: Reflections from June 2025 Events β Digital Education Office blog
I went to two Accessibility events in June, both featured AI heavily. I've consolidated thoughts here.
I guess the blog post is about cutting through the hype to find the humanity and ensuring "nothing about us without us" - disabled folk need to be front and center of any solutions given to them.

Also, for ND students, a question is not an attack or a challenge. (Also worth training all students to ask questions supportively!) Rejection sensitivity exacerbates the already dominance-seeking questioning that frequently shows up in these spaces.

When editing - make the text unfamiliar. It's incredibly easy to skim over something you've read a thousand times, and miss an error you've missed a thousand times before because you know what you expect to see. Change the text to be in comic sans, and suddenly it's all visible (and hideous!) again.

What we talk about when we talk about selves β LTSU Blog
New blog post! We've been working on this one for a little while.

I do think the idea that there is one homogenous group of neurodivergent students is an issue above - one size definitely doesn't fit all, and my ADHD brain would rebel at having only one thing to focus on!
