Day cares, and child care places, have all plastic versions of western foods. I always wondered why we don't represent our foods. Well now you can with all these cool toys.

I thought making videos that were under 90 seconds was hard. This app wants to videos of only 60 seconds or less. I'll take the challenge, but will need to start recording shorter videos.

I remember the great China Lily scare that kept it off our shelves for almost a whole year. 🫣 And the struggle, as the elders chef, of trying to find a replacement soy sauce. we never did find a substitute.
