May I recommend Inulin as seen in the BBC Sleep project featuring Michael Mosley. Golden Greens Inulin powder is advertised as being very good for the gut, but what MM found when he tried it was that it enabled him to sleep - he too was an insomniac. I can attest that it does help and so does OH

Oh no I didn’t hear that she had gone. I’ve missed that. Poor Gary. What Heather went through was terrible - she was so brave. Sending deepest sympathy to Gary. I bought this picture - the wren was my Mum’s favourite - haven’t framed it yet so it’s still in its cellophane cover.

Watching the delightful Mary Berry programme but I can’t detect what oil she keeps using. It sounds like samphire but nothing comes up on Google. Anyone know please?
