I never really developed a Xhitter habit, so I'm really bad at using this form of social media.

Rather than turning to stone, the petrification was caused by the salinity of the cavern itself - leaving behind desiccated, hollow, mummified "statues" of those travelling through the cavern. Their eyes rotted away, visages haunting and foreboding. Perhaps the work of a wicked Salt Mage? (2/2)

Has anyone ever had a mysterious and mythical location for your campaign come to you in a dream?
The other night, I dreamt of a cave of polished stone along the shore of an ancient, trickling stream. Something about it's properties caused those that travelled through it to become petrified (1/2)
