i generally try to be ready to find out someone sucks in a monstrous way at any point in time because it happens a lot. sometimes weird ones sting in weird ways.

given his lifelong friendship with stephen fry, they probably shouldn’t. i spent way more time than healthy with his show while i was spiraling out in my twenties and don’t have a full catalogue of who sucks and how much on hand at all time—maybe laurie’s been awful forever. idk.
