Love it. No insurance, no abortion access, no hospitals for hundreds of miles. Republicans are doing a bang-up job of finding ways to kill off their own voters.

I really wish all the countries who get patently unqualified ass-clowns for U.S. ambassadors (France/Perv Kushner Sr., Greece/Guilfoyle the Gargoyle, to name just 2), would welcome them by revoking their entry privilege, ordering their embassies closed, and kicking them back to Trump.

I think Miller is behind all this National Guard stuff. He's appealing to Trump's love of watching violence on TV that's carried out in his "honor." Miller gets to see masses of all the people he hates (which is everyone) getting attacked and kidnapped. It's out-of-control sick on every level.

We can agree to disagree. Once Vance is sworn in, the power immediately goes to his head (because he's an arrogant punk who always overestimates his competence) and the first person he kicks to the curb is Miller, who's enjoyed unfettered access to ultimate power and won't know how to dial it back.

I really don't see how this can end peacefully with armed troops attacking both immigrants and citizens. It's the scariest mess I've ever seen in my lifetime. That's what we get for letting a crazy person into the White House.

Vance will never let Miller "be the boss of him" the way Miller is now over Trump. They will fight for dominance and both will lose because everybody around them hates both their sniveling guts. Chaos ensues.

Whenever I see a montage on TV of Republicans cheering for some fucked up thing like government shutdowns, I think we’re getting a preview of future dementia diagnoses, some early onset.

I hope the shock of tremendous premium increases this time + what Trump’s tariffs are doing to all other prices will finally turbocharge the demand for universal healthcare. Feeding the insurance leeches while bleeding us all dry has got to end.

Health insurance is the only industry whose success and growth depends on charging consumers increasingly more but providing increasingly less - preferably NOTHING - in return. In all other contexts it's called "stealing." Our government shovels billions at these bloodsuckers to keep them going.

This has been a pet cause of mine since bill HR 676 for universal healthcare was written but never even got a fucking vote. I was self-employed, needed individual insurance, paid through the nose 100% for lousy coverage, and want all these leeching insurance companies to GO.

What the government shovels at insurers to keep them profitable would probably pay for universal healthcare. We need to rid the country of the fucking useless insurance bureaucracy that chokes everyone with paperwork while providing NOTHING toward medical care. Bernie's always been right about this.

The disrespect and contempt Bondi showed to Sen. Durbin should have earned her a contempt or Congress charge, or at the very least, an escort (not too gently) out of the chamber, to be detained until she was ready to behave like a civil adult and not a bratty little bitch.
