i might try one of the million recipes online for it that do not use that or any kind of sweet thing.

i'm looking forward to the summer because the only other thing i want lately are tomato sandwiches, but winter tomatoes taste like depression.

i've been craving pimento cheese, lately, which was a childhood standard: my grandmother always had some in the fridge, so it was a typical sandwich filling. i didn't much care for it, but that could be because she used miracle whip, which i find disgusting (it's cloyingly sweet to me).

then i have to put him in the shower to rinse the urine and litter off of his foot. he's pretty good about this, at least. i would like some kind of actual solution so i wouldn't have to do this to him and so his feet would stay clean, though.

one of the cats has a large bladder which has an unfortunate habit of immediately oversaturating the litter, which leads to a sizeable puddle that he's standing in until he finishes. i got a larger litter box but he still wants to stand in a corner, which i think worsens the puddle situation.

i had this experience with abilify, and spent eight days in the hospital. it's very important to pay attention when something feels wrong, and to do your best to advocate for yourself if your psychiatrist is not listening (mine wasn't). you and your life matter and you deserve good care.
