No AI, this is a real photo taken by Percy’s engineering cameras of astronomical twilight on #Mars! You can see Deimos in the sky too.

I worked pretty hard to plan, execute, and analyze this image, and it came out beautifully! A bit noisy, but it was very dark out after all.

With #LPSC2025 about to start, it's time to share what I've been working on during the last months and will be presenting at the conference.
This is a new high resolution 3D model of the Mont Mercou outcrop in Gale crater, that I made during my recent internship at LPG Nantes. #planetsci 🧡

Today in Milan, a student activist group hung a trash-filled effigy of Musk upside down on a gate outside of piazzale Loreto, where Mussolini's body was displayed in 1945.
They left the message: "C'Γ¨ sempre posto a piazzale Loreto, Elon" (There's always room in piazzale Loreto, Elon)

The drone shit is proving that we're in for (at least) four years of nonstop War of the Worlds panics. People you once believed smart and entrust with your children will corner you with podcast medicine. Refuting it? Pointless. You will realize your doctor is an alchemist 25 minutes before surgery.

Please don't call what RFK Jr. and Jay Bhattacharya are going to do medieval. It's not medieval. It's nothing like the Middle Ages. People in the Middle Ages were happy to try all kinds of things to not die of the plague and if you'd given them antibiotics and vaccines they would have loved it.

A whimsical nighttime illustration of a tranquil river scene. A glowing, smiling star floats serenely on the water, casting a soft golden light around it. A figure in a small boat stands nearby, gazing in awe at the star. The surrounding landscape features lush trees, rocky cliffs, and a distant observatory perched on a hill, its dome lit faintly under the starlit sky. Above, a constellation shines brightly, forming a celestial pattern that mirrors the enchanting atmosphere below. The constellation is noticeably missing one star. In the background, ships sail calmly, their lights twinkling against the deep blue of the water and sky.
