I thought this was a good talk about getting clear beer. I might need to do the iodine test in the future. I have an imperial pilsner has been unusually stubborn to clear. That could point to an incomplete starch conversion.

Last nice day to brew outside for a while. So we broke out the old school gas system instead of the electric brewzilla. Easier to fit the imperial pilsner grain bill in there anyway.
