I am reluctant to re-install Studio 591.44 at this time as all is working. I may try to update to Studio 591.44 via .exe from Nvidia site, not Nvidia App as the previous attempt failed.

I hope this is helpful to someone.
Any thoughts/advice?

⦁ Restarted, Both monitors working as expected. No Nvidia app installed.

Originally when I updated to Studio 591.44 via Nvidia App... After installation, one monitor went black. I restarted twice to see if the monitor came back. It did not.

⦁ Default Windows driver took over, turned on internet, after a short time Nvidia driver auto-updated to 560.94, Both monitors come back.
⦁ Downloaded Studio 581.57 driver from Nvidia site, installed without installing Nvidia App, success but one monitor went black after install.

⦁ EVGA Precision X1 freezes while selecting the gpu that the monitors are plugged into while spiking cpu to 96%. Needs to be force quit via Task Manager.
⦁ Re-ran DDU in safe-mode, uninstalled drivers, restarted.

Update 2:

⦁ Updated back to Studio 591.44, via Nvidia App, from 560.94 that Windows auto-updated. Same result as before.
⦁ Killed dual monitors on RTX 3090. Only one monitor works at a time if you unplug one Displayport from GPU. Both monitors are plugged into the same GPU.
