Pour MCF c'est chaque comité de sélection qui fait à sa sauce et un projet éventuel n'est pas rédigé à l'écrit sur 10 pages avec réf biblio et décortiqué pendant 10 min en audition
Pour CNRS, c'est le cas, c'est national et les règles sont identiques pour tous
Ca aide pour déposer JCJC tout de suite

C'est une excellente chose si ca peut être appliqué en physique, et ailleurs
Ca finira par convaincre au-delà des sections vers les sphères au-dessus, j'espère

J'aurais aimé pouvoir l'appliquer en Section mais il m'a manqué 2 voix aux elections...

Ben faudrait que les recrutements soient faits 0-3 ans après thèse
Ca serait bien mais les bornes d'âge CR2/CR1 ont été retirées pour discrimination
Et les dossiers des candidats sont en inflation galopante d'expérience
Chaque section fait ses choix, recruter tôt après la thèse en est un, fort

Ceci est vrai pour CNRS mais pas MCF ou autres EPST
Le projet JCJC d'un recruté CNRS est 90% du temps son projet CNRS, CQFD
Mais pour les autres, l'audition n'a quasi jamais de projet...

Pour ceux qui déposé JCJC dès leur 1ere année et qui rédigent bien et ont un projet qui tient la route, ils l'ont très vite, 1 ou 2 ans
Pour ERC, la 1ere these implique une candidature 4-5 ans après la prise de poste, c'est pas déconnant et c'est aussi le temps pour créer SON identité scientifique

Donc le fait de ne pas donner automatiquement permet qques économies 😬
Et aussi, pour avoir évalué moultes JCJC, y en a qques unes qui sont (très) mal ficelées donc ca permet d'apprendre

Parce qu'il faut leur apprendre a écrire un projet de recherche, cest bon pour leur CV, etc....
Non, sinon, je confirme, une thèse quasi automatique ca serait pas mal.
Par contre, il faut aussi admettre que certains nouveaux entrants ne demandent pas ou ne demanderont jamais d'ANR, JCJC ou même PRC

L'année suivante j'ai déposé PRC comme partenaire et j'ai eu 200k€
