I remember her Putney Commons diary in the ST. Unrelentingly middle class but very funny & some relatable bits- having too many people for a meal & not enough crockery - so the Star Guest ends up with the child’s plate with the rabbits-round-the-edge. Her column was far cleaner than her books!
