Advice from a Literature teacher and resister: read your history, but don’t forget your literature.

Resistance is woven through the words of abolitionism and feminism and anti-fascism. Read the history and the literature.

When you have a neurospicy brain, grading essays on a deadline is tough, especially when you try REALLY HARD to protect your at-home time so your brain can recover from staying focused/making a million decisions all week. Tech makes it easier, but it’s still one of the hardest parts of this job. 😵‍💫
