First took a walk from town down Regent Road, to the ground, about 3 years ago. To see the transformation now - class! And it's very much in danger of becoming "The Blue Quarter", upon the glorious banks of a Royal Blue Mersey! Every bar, Everton themed.......and a ferry belting out Blue tunes!

It'll take a few games for the place to settle down, and new routines to become the norm. It's a new world we're in; obviously the club want fans (not customers!) to remain, spending, on-site after the game. Price point is key. The redevelopment of the surrounding area might prove more attractive.

No, but caught a link to it whilst home on a break from work! The relative quietness of the home support was another thing...but I put that down to people becoming accustomed to new surroundings and match going habits! It'll take a while, I think, before everyone's convinced! Not a bad thing either!

A few thoughts on yesterday -
Dewsbury Hall was exquisite; looking forward to seeing him linking up with Ndiaye in areas where we can hurt teams.
O'Brien, the pick of a sloppy backline, excellent at times on the right. Looked knackered by the end.
Barry has promise, not sure of enough goals.

Us Evertonians love to put a downer on ourselves. Has to be stated, most Blues attending the game today were finding their feet, their place - at a ground that's not Goodison, our home for ALL our lifetimes.
That's quite the thing.
I'm confident in time to come, this is gonna be some place.
