Entomologists/insect lovers #bugsky - what (on earth) is this? Found it under my wipers on my car (just outside Liverpool). 50p coin diameter is 27.3mm. By far the largest insect I've seen in the UK (but that's not saying much). It could carry a UK ladybird in its pocket (if it had pockets that is).
