HHS tells me employees across multiple divisions have received reduction-in-force (layoff) notices.

HHS says all impacted employees were designated non-essential by their respective divisions.

It doesn’t say from your sideboard. It says FROM OUTSIDE THE GAME. Sideboard would be okay. This lets me get any four legendary creatures in the history of the game. It’s a god damn glorified booster tutor in standard.

It’s not an evaluation issue. It’s a “grab a card from outside of the game” effect being legal in standard issue.
