Legal Action to be Considered Against Jockey who Rode Collapsing Horse at UK Grand National On the 5th of April 2025, Celebre d’Allen, a 13-year-old horse, was ridden to collapse during the infamous Aintree Grand National, later dying from a severe bacterial respiratory infection.

UK animal rights group Animal Aid is considering a private prosecution against jockey Micheal Nolan, who continued in the race with a horse who later died. 🐎
