I tried your steak quesadilla recipe and loved it. I'm taking a similar approach to making fajitas this time. I'm marinating a couple of rib eyes with Chipotle peppers/adobo sauce, orange juice, lime juice, garlic and olive oil. Caution: remove excess and do not use this marinade indoors.
